Full-scale technology integration for a 3,000+ sq. ft. penthouse at the Yves. We engineered a custom layered lighting system, Sonos ceiling speakers, and integrated motorized shading for floor-to-ceiling windows to enhance the home's panoramic Manhattan views while maintaining the building’s sleek, minimalist aesthetic.

Antomax Group engineered a full-floor technology ecosystem at River & Warren, integrating high-density smart lighting with whisper-quiet motorized curtains across the entire residence. By replacing traditional switch banks with custom-engraved Lutron keypads, we achieved a minimalist, "invisible" infrastructure that provides effortless control over this expansive Battery Park City home.
